  • RACE

Discrimination based on skin color, also known as colorism or shadeism, is a form of prejudice or discrimination usually from members of the same race in which people are treated differently based on the social implications from cultural meanings attached to skin color.

Sexual Orientation
SUPPORT SEXUAL orientation equality

Sexual orientation describes patterns of sexual, romantic, and emotional attraction—and one’s sense of identity based on those attractions. It is distinct from gender identity, the internal sense of being male, female, or non-binary. Sexual orientation describes who you are.

embrace physically disabled persons

Physical disability is any type of physical condition that significantly impacts one or more major life activities. This is a pretty broad definition, but the types of physical disabilities, their causes, and the manner in which they impact a person’s life are wide-ranging and virtually limitless.

Ethnicity Matters
  • RACE
Support Cultural differences

Ethnicity is usually an inherited status based on the society in which one lives. Membership of an ethnic group tends to be defined by a shared cultural heritage, ancestry, origin myth, history, homeland, language or dialect, symbolic systems such as religion, mythology and ritual, cuisine, dressing style, art or physical appearance.

reinforce gender EQUALITY

Gender equality “means that women and men, and girls and boys, enjoy the same rights, resources, opportunities and protections. It does not require that girls and boys, or women and men, be the same, or that they be treated exactly alike. Also gender equality is not only a fundamental human right, but a necessary foundation.

offer free hugs TO EVERYONE

Psychological disabilities are usually, although not always, a chronic condition. It is important for those around this person to realize that this type of disability is biological and not “a matter of choice.” With appropriate treatment, the vast majority of psychological disorders are effectively cured or controlled.

race & ethnicity

The sociological perspective explores how race and ethnicity are socially constructed and how individuals identify with one or more. “Race” refers to physical differences that groups and cultures consider socially significant, while “ethnicity” refers to shared culture, such as language, ancestry, practices, and beliefs. Research demonstrates how they are linked to social position and to political and policy debates about issues such as immigration, identity formation including racism.

gender equality

Gender equality work with a quantitative perspective implies a focus on an even distribution of women and men in the workplace, in schools, in power positions and at different organizational levels in community institutions. The focus of gender equality work varies depending on the meaning assigned to the concept. It may be a matter of achieving a quantitatively even distribution of both gender or implementing measures to change the power balance.

health & disability

Is a physical, mental, cognitive, or developmental condition that impairs, interferes with, or limits a person’s ability to engage in certain tasks or actions or participate in typical daily activities and interactions. Disability is part of the human condition. Either permanently or temporarily, at some point in their life. Disabilities may be visible or invisible, and onset can be at birth, or during childhood, working age years or old age.
